Your Libre sensor can hold up to 8 hours of glucose data at a time. If it isn't scanned (Libre 2) or connected via Bluetooth (Libre 3 Plus) within 8 hours of the last connection, older readings are replaced by newer ones. Only the most recent 8 hours are kept.
When data is lost this way, you may see a gap in your glucose graph, and any scores calculated during that missing window may be less accurate.
