How do I buy additional sensors through Theia?

Sensors can be purchased at any time from the "Orders & Subscriptions" tab of your account. From this page, you can enroll in Autoship to receive sensors at regular intervals, or place an order on a one-time basis.

You'll also be able to view the status of current and prior sensor orders, and manage any subscriptions for your account.


Navigating to your Orders & Subscriptions Tab

In the mobile app, you can navigate to your Orders & Subscriptions tab by selecting "Menu" on the bottom left, then "Orders & Subscriptions".


If you're on desktop, the Orders & Subsciptions tab will be your third option in your client menu in the left panel.

Purchasing Sensors

From your Orders & Subscriptions tab, you can set up an Autoship Sequence or select "Don't Want Automated Shipments?" to place a one-time order. Upon selecting either of these options, you'll be taken to a secure checkout page to complete your purchase.

Bringing Your Own Sensor

Theia offers the ability for you to bring your own sensors if you have an outside prescription for CGMs. We support the following sensor models: Libre 14 Day, Libre 2, Libre 3, Libre 3 Plus, or Dexcom G7 sensors.

The Bring Your Own Sensor plan incurs a monthly subscription fee. You can manage this plan from your Orders & Subscriptions page.
