This is a comprehensive guide to setting up Autoship for sensors on Theia Health platform, ensuring a seamless and convenient experience for receiving sensors at a desired cadence.
For New Users:
Accessing Autoship Options:
Visit your provider's landing page and select from the available options: monthly shipment of 2 sensors, quarterly shipment of 6 sensors, or customized packages.
Choose the Autoship option and proceed to checkout.
2. Checkout Process:
Review the order details, including the activation fee for new users and the Autoship subscription.
Create an account and complete the onboarding process.
3. Managing Autoship:
After the initial order, navigate to the "Buy Sensor" section to view the Autoship details.
Note the next shipment date, which will be determined based on the initial order processing time.
(You will see the above until your first autoship order is shipped)
4. Editing Autoship Details:
Make changes to the Autoship plan, such as adjusting the quantity of sensors or changing the shipment frequency.
Ensure to edit delivery details before the specified deadline to avoid any issues with the upcoming shipment.
5. Skipping or Canceling Orders:
If needed, skip the next order by selecting the appropriate option and confirming the change.
To cancel the Autoship plan, follow the cancellation process before the specified deadline to avoid any charges.
6. Address Updates:
Maintain an updated address in the system to ensure accurate delivery of sensor shipments.
Edit the address before the deadline if any changes are required before the next shipment.
7. Exploring Other Options:
If Autoship is not preferred, cancel the autoship plan and choose a one time package
For Existing Users:
Access Autoship in your Account:
Navigate to the "Buy Sensor" section in your account.
Choose an auto-ship option of either 2 sensors every month or 6 sensors every quarter and click "setup"

Autoship Refund Policy
Once an autoshipment order has been charged and processed, it is subject to a strict no-refund policy. You may skip shipments or cancel your autoship status up to seven (7) days prior to a shipment date as outlined above.

Autoship Skip Policy
You may skip an autoshipment up to seven (7) days prior to your scheduled shipment date. If you do not skip the autoshipment by this deadline, your account will be charged on the seventh (7th) day prior to shipment, and you will no longer be able to skip the shipment. By making purchases through Theia, you acknowledge and agree to this autoship skip policy.
Autoship Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your participation in the autoship program at any time. Note: If you cancel and an order was processed, there will be no refund awarded to that order - it will still ship out.
