Sensor Replacement/Return Policies

Can you help me get a replacement for a sensor that failed? Can I return the sensors Theia sent me?

Sensor Replacements

  • If you are experiencing technical difficulties with your sensor, please reach out to our team for assistance troubleshooting ([email protected]).

  • Should a sensor fail to last the full expected lifespan, we are happy to facilitate a free replacement.

  • Sensor replacement requests can be submitted from the My Sensors tab of your Theia account at any time.

Sensor Returns

  • The CGMs offered by Theia are prescription medical devices issued per patient.

  • Returns of unopened sensors may be considered within 90 days of receipt.

  • External packaging must be undisturbed for the return to be accepted.

  • Returned orders are subject to a restocking fee.

  • Used/opened sensors are non-returnable.

*Please note that we can only accept returns of sensors fulfilled by Theia. We cannot accept returns of replacement sensors provided by the manufacturer or acquired elsewhere.

Expired Sensors

Theia Health will only ship CGMs with at least 6 months of shelf life remaining. It is the client’s responsibility to use their sensors in a timely manner. Theia is not responsible for refunding or replacing unused sensors that expired as expected.

Subscriptions

Future renewals of subscriptions can be canceled going forward at any time. These can be managed from the Buy Sensors tab of your account.

*Activation fees are non-refundable
