In Theia, activities are various inputs that occur throughout your day that may impact your metabolic health and nutrition.

We have categories for food, exercise, supplements, stress, meditation, sleep, and fasting, as well as a miscellaneous category you can use to track anything else that you'd like to monitor. We also have a section for a number of feelings that may be helpful to track in association with your metabolism. Those include hunger, thirst, fatigue, dizziness, and fogginess.
Activities you're likely to log again can be saved to "Quick Add" to be more easily logged in the future.
Any food and drink entries will be tracked in relation to your nutrition goals, so you'll always have an eye on your progress over time.
