Updating Goals in Theia AI Nutrition

Customizing your daily targets for calories, macros, and fiber

When creating your AI Nutrition account, you'll have the opportunity to provide details that enable our science-backed algorithm to generate thoughtful targets for calories, macronutrients, and fiber.

Our algorithm considers age, height, gender, weight, and target weight (if weight change is desired). If you have a goal of weight change, it will also account for a desired rate of gain/loss when creating your targets.

With the above factors in mind, the system sets personalized targets for calories, macronutrients, and fiber (all of which can be customized by you or your provider to best suit your needs).


Setting Nutrition Goals

If you'd like to make changes to the targets initially generated, you can do so by accessing the Nutrition Goals section of your account.

From this tab, you can manually set targets for calories, macros, and fiber. After making the desired adjustments, simply select "Update Settings" at the bottom right to save the changes.

You can also select "Calculated" at the top right to make changes to your weight goals and exercise levels. Selecting "Calculate Macro Goals" on this page will have our algorithm recalculate your nutrition targets based on these updated inputs.

Any changes made from the Nutrition Goals tab will reflect in your daily targets immediately, and you'll be able to see how you're tracking towards your new goals right away.
