If you are seeing blank spaces in your glucose graph, it is most likely due to more than 8 hours passing between scanning the sensor.

The Freestyle LIbre sensor is able to store 8 hours of data and will lose information if more than 8 hours time elapses.

If you have scanned within 8 hours form the last scan and see a lapse in data, please contact us for further assistance.
