Understand Wearable Data in Theia

A quick guide to the Activity, Sleep, and Recovery metrics in Theia

Where to Find Your Wearable Data

Wearable data lives in two places:

1) Homepage: Today's snapshot: your current step count for the day, last night's sleep, and last night's HRV. Think of these as your daily check-in.

2) Reports: The same metrics over a chosen time period, with charts and summary stats like averages, best days, trends, and consistency. This is where you go to analyze patterns over time.

Tapping a tile in either location opens a detailed view with full charts, breakdowns, and deeper reports.

Activity

Homepage: today's step count with a progress bar.

Reports: A bar chart of daily steps over your selected period, showing your Avg / Day, Best Day. and consistency with hitting your goal.

Tap in for detailed reports on both steps and active minutes (time spent exercising or moving at moderate-to-vigorous intensity), including how your week compares to the widely recommended 150 minutes of weekly activity.
