How to add a New Client/Patient to Theia

How to Have new Clients/Patients Join Theia

There are two ways for clients/patients to join Theia. All of Theia Health's payment links accept all major credit cards and HSA/FSA cards.

Direct Them to Purchase Sensors from Your Co-Branded Landing Page

1. Go to your Sales/Commission page.

2. Grab the applicable link to share with your clients/patients.

3. Clients who purchase sensors from that page will automatically be under your account


​Invite Them to Theia using the Invite Users Tab

1. Head over to the Invite New Client page.

2. Use the “Invite New Client/Patient” button to send an invitation, selecting the appropriate sensor type or subscription plan from the "Sensor/Subscription" dropdown.

3. If you want them to pay for the invite, change the “Who is paying?” field to

“Client/Patient.” They will receive an invitation email to pay for and set up their account.

  • If you're inviting them to use AI Nutrition, you'll also have the option to use one of the seats included in your paid plan via a checkbox at the bottom of the invite form (you can review your plan options here)

4. If you want your practice to make the purchase on their behalf, leave the "Who is paying?" field as your practice name. If you choose this option, you'll need to pay for the invite before they receive the invitation email to sign up

5. Simply fill out all of the fields marked with an asterisk in order to send the invite
