Theia AI Nutrition Seat Management

As part of your Professional, Business, or Enterprise plan with Theia, you have an allotment of AI Nutrition seats available to assign to your clients. This is a convenient way to grant your users access to utilize the powerful goal-setting and nutrition tracking tools available through Theia AI Nutrition.

There is a dedicated section for "AI Nutrition Seats" available on the Invite User tab of your account. Selecting "Invite New Client/Patient" from this section will open an AI Nutrition invitation with the option to utilize one of your available seats selected.

From the AI Nutrition Seats section, you can easily view the number of seats being used, invite new clients, or revoke seat access as needed.

By default, assigned seats expire after 12 months, at which time the user would need to renew from within their account or be granted access again. You can also manually revoke access prior to the end of the 12 month term to free up a seat.

When a seat is revoked, the subscription status will show as "Expired" on your dashboard, and a seat will be freed up for you to use for another invite at your convenience. The user whose access was revoked will be prompted to purchase a plan the next time they log an activity.

If a client using an AI Nutrition seat purchases sensors or a Bring Your Own Sensor plan, their seat will be released and become available for assignment to another user.

Seats are just one way for you to grant your clients access to Theia AI Nutrition. You can always opt to purchase a subscription on their behalf, or have them purchase it, either via invite or via your AI Nutrition cobranded link. You can review all of your options here.
