Inviting Clients to AI Nutrition

Getting Started using AI Nutrition with your Clients

There are multiple options available to enable your clients to get started using AI Nutrition: using an AI Nutrition seat, a paid invite, or via your cobranded link. You can select between these options depending on what makes sense for you and your clients.


Using the Invite User Tab


There is a dedicated section for "AI Nutrition Seats" available on the Invite User tab of your account. Selecting "Invite New Client/Patient" from this section will default to an AI Nutrition invitation with the option to utilize one of your available seats selected.

On the standard invite form under "Invite New Client/Patient to Theia", AI Nutrition is now available as one of the options in the Invite Type dropdown.

The only required fields to create an invite are the user's first name, last name, and email address. You'll also need to designate whether the client or your practice will be paying for the invite.

If the "Who is Paying?" option is set to your practice, you can select the checkbox for "Use an AI Nutrition Seat" at the bottom of the form, or you can pay for the plan at checkout. Alternatively, you can select "Client/Patient" under the "Who is Paying?" dropdown, and the client will be prompted to pay when accepting the invite.

From the Invite User tab, you'll be able to see whether an invite has been accepted, as well as revoke pending invites, or copy sign-up links for users that need them.

Using your Theia AI Nutrition Cobranded Link


You have a dedicated cobranded for Theia AI Nutrition available on your Sales/Commission tab. You can share this as an easy way for clients to sign up and purchase their own subscription at their convenience.
