Getting Started with your Theia AI Nutrition Account

Your Provider Has Recommended You Start Using Theia AI Nutrition. Here's How to Get Started.

Getting started with your AI Nutrition account is an easy process made up of the following key steps:

  1. Create your account

  2. Download the mobile app

  3. Authorize sharing data with your provider

  4. Set Goals

  5. Track your food and drinks in Theia

  6. Review your progress

After purchasing your plan or accepting an invite to Theia AI Nutrition, your first step is to create your account. You'll be prompted to create login credentials and download the mobile app.

You'll also be prompted to sign an HIIPA authorization to enable sharing your AI Nutrition data with your provider.

Once on your Theia dashboard, you'll be able to provide details about yourself and your goals that enable our system to set science-backed calorie and macronutrient targets to help you make healthy progress toward your goals.

You can further customize these targets as needed from the Nutrition Goals tab of your account.

From there, you're all set to begin logging activities in Theia. You'll use the "Quick Photo" and "+ Activity" icons at the bottom of the mobile app to upload photos of your meals and snacks. AI Nutrition will determine the contents, calories, macronutrients, and micronutrients of the food or drink in the image, and log those details in relation to your daily targets.

You'll be able to view your recent tracking and daily progress on your Dashboard. As you continue logging and accumulate more data over time, you'll be able to access a more comprehensive view of your nutrition tracking data on your Reports tab.
