Most user's spend the majority of their time in Theia on this page, as it offers a great summary of how your metabolism is functioning at the moment.

Here are the components available on your dashboard/home:

  • Your Glucose: The most recent glucose reading

  • Daily Score: The current Theia score for the day (learn more about our scoring system here)

  • Glucose Chart: A chart of recent glucose readings over time

  • Calories: Your total calories logged for the day in relation to your set caloric goal

  • Macronutrients: A summary of your total macronutrients for the day in relation to your daily targets as calculated by Theia's AI-powered meal tracking tool

  • Fiber: Your total logged fiber for today in relation to your dialy fiber target

  • Recent Activities: All recent activities and their associated scores (where applicable)
