Updating Your Address or Contact Information

How do I update my shipping address or the email I'd like Theia to use?

You can update your preferred contact information at any time via the "Profile" page of your account.

From there, you can update your shipping address, email address, phone number, and even your password.


Navigating to your Theia Profile


In the mobile app, you can navigate to your profile by selecting "Menu", then scrolling to "Profile". You can also select the person icon at the top right (you may also see your photo there if you've opted to upload an image), then select "Profile".

If you're on your computer, your Profile will be towards the bottom of the menu options in your left panel. You can also click the person icon at the top right (you may also see your photo there if you've opted to upload an image), then select "Profile".


Making Profile Changes


Once you've accessed your profile page, you can make your desired edits as needed. Once updated, be sure to scroll to the bottom to confirm the change by selecting "Update Profile".

Please note that any address changes will be reflected for future orders. If you've already placed an order and you'd like the address changed, please contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible for assistance.
