Yes! Your CGM sensor is water-resistant and safe to wear while swimming, showering, or bathing. The manufacturer rates it for up to 1 meter (3 feet) deep for no more than 30 minutes at a time. If you can, take a break and dry off after 30 minutes to help protect the sensor.
Note that Bluetooth will not work underwater, so your Libre app won't receive readings while you're submerged. Once you're out of the water, the connection will resume and any stored data will sync.
If you're concerned about the sensor coming loose, adhesive patches and swim covers are available to help keep it secure.
