CGM sensors are one time use only.
If the sensor falls off of the skin, gets bumped and comes loose, or the filament comes partially out of the skin, the sensor will no longer be functional and should be fully removed from the skin.
You can request a free replacement from the My Sensors tab of your account, or reach out to our team for further assistance.
You can access this page by selecting the icon for your sensor when you open the Theia menu in the mobile app, or at the top right of your screen on desktop.
The appropriate device type and status will be shown for your sensor.
