What to do when Libre App says signal loss?

The most common reasons for a signal loss are:

  1. Bluetooth is turned off on your phone

  2. You are far away from your cell phone (more than 33 feet)

  3. You have turned off the Libre 3 app

If it was one of the above common reasons the connection should be restored within 2-4 minutes of remedying the issue. However, if the signal is still not restored please try the following:

  1. Close the Libre 3 app completely and then reopen
    ​

  2. Restart your phone

If you continue to have issues with signal loss after these steps please open a ticket with Theia support for further assistance.
