The most common reasons for a signal loss are:
Bluetooth is turned off on your phone
You are far away from your cell phone (more than 33 feet)
You have turned off the Libre 3 app
If it was one of the above common reasons, the connection should be restored within 2-4 minutes of remedying the issue. However, if the signal is still not restored, please try the following:
Close the Libre 3 app completely and then reopen
Restart your phone
Android - Press the power button and hold it down for several seconds.
Turn your phone's Bluetooth off for a full minute and then turn it back on
iPhone - go to Settings > Bluetooth and turn off Bluetooth. After a minute, you can turn Bluetooth back on.
Android - open Settings, locate Bluetooth, and swipe to turn Bluetooth off. After a minute, you can turn Bluetooth back on.
Your sensor stores up to 8 hours of data at a time. As long as the connection is restored within that period, there will be no data loss.
