Why is my phone showing a black screen when using Quick Photo?

If you are getting a black screen when clicking Quick Photo or Adding a Photo to an Activity, you likely have turned off access to the camera for the Theia Health app. Based on your phone type, follow the instructions below.

iOS

  1. Open Settings

  2. Scroll down until you start seeing all the apps installed on your phone.

  3. Find "Theia Health" and tap on it

  4. Toggle on "Camera" if it is not already on

Android

  1. Open Settings

  2. Tap Apps

  3. Select the "Theia Health" app

  4. Tap Permissions

  5. Tap Camera

  6. Choose Allow only while using the app or All the time
