Your Theia app just got an upgrade. You can now sync a wearable device and see your sleep, activity, and recovery show up automatically, right next to the nutrition and glucose data you already track.
Connect in Seconds
Syncing is quick - open your Theia menu → select Settings → select Connect Wearables.
From this screen, you have 4 wearable options, depending on whether you are an iPhone or Android user.
iPhone: Apple Health, Oura Ring, Fitbit, Garmin
Android: Health Connect, Oura Ring, Fitbit, Garmin
Check out the following video for a walkthrough of connecting your first wearable:
Unlocked Data
Once your wearable is connected, you will see the following metrics on your homepage:
Activity - daily steps and active minutes, so you can see how consistently you're moving
Sleep - how long you slept and how your night broke down across sleep stages
Recovery - your overnight hear-rate variability (HRV), measured against your own 28-day baseline.

Who has access to connecting wearables?
All currently active Theia users can now connect wearable devices!
If you are no longer actively tracking your glucose with a biosensor or subscribed to Theia Nutrition, then you will not have the ability to connect a wearable. You may unlock the ability to connect your first wearable via the purchase of a biosensor or Theia subscription. Speak with your provider or explore plan options on Orders & Subscriptions page.
