Overview
The OS Dashboard is your home base in Theia Health. It gives you two things at a glance: an Theia AI assistant that answers questions about your practice and your clients as well as a task rollup that keeps your to-dos organized in one place.
Theia AI Assistant
The Theia AI assistant lets you ask natural language questions about your practice; your schedule, your clients, upcoming sessions, clinical client data and more. No need to dig through menus or pull up multiple screens.
How to use it
Type your question into the search bar at the top of the dashboard and press Ask. You can also tap the microphone icon to speak your question.

Get a summary of your appointments for the day — who you're seeing, when, and any relevant context to help you prepare.
Best used: first thing in the morning before your day starts.
Brief Me on a Client
Get a quick snapshot of a specific client before their session — recent notes, active care plans, outstanding tasks, or anything flagged on their profile.
Best used: a few minutes before a session when you need a fast refresh.
What's Changed for a Client?
See what's new for a client since their last visit — updated data, completed tasks, messages, or any changes to their record.
Best used: when a client returns after a gap or when reviewing progress between sessions.
Prep Me for Tomorrow
Get an overview of tomorrow's schedule so you can review client context ahead of time and walk in prepared.
Best used: end of day to get ahead of tomorrow's workload.
Tips for getting the best results
Be specific when asking about a client. For example: "Brief me on Sarah K." works better than "Brief me on my next client."
You can ask follow-up questions in the same session. The assistant maintains context within your conversation.
The assistant pulls from live practice data: schedules, client records, tasks, clinical data and notes — so answers reflect your current account state.
My Tasks
The task rollup shows all tasks associated with your practice, organized into three tabs:
Tab | What it shows |
Upcoming | Tasks due today or in the next 7 days |
Overdue | Tasks that have passed their due date without being completed |
Completed | Tasks that have been marked done |
Tasks are created manually by you or your team. Each task is linked to the relevant client or workflow so you can act on it directly.
Tap View All Tasks to see your full task list with filtering and sorting options.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does the AI assistant have access to all my client data?
Yes. The assistant reads from your live practice data including schedules, client records, notes, and active care plans. It does not have access to billing or payment information.
What if the AI assistant gives me an incorrect answer?
The assistant synthesizes information from your records and may occasionally miss context. Always verify clinical details directly in the client's chart before acting on them.
Can I use voice to ask questions?
Yes. Tap the microphone icon in the assistant bar to speak your question instead of typing.
