We’ve added a brand-new Analysis page to help you better understand daily trends and activity insights at a glance.
On this page, you’ll now see:
Daily Scores: A simple view of how your day is tracking based on glucose stability and activity.
Activity Scores: Insights into how your movement patterns align with your overall health trends.
To make it even easier to access, you’ll now find a new Analysis button added to your bottom navigation bar so clients can easily check insights anytime with just one tap.
This update is part of our ongoing effort to make your data clearer, more actionable, and easier to explore.
🩺 Introducing the New Sensor Status Page
We’re excited to introduce Sensor Status, a new feature designed to keep your clients informed about your sensor’s performance and guide you through the next steps if an issue arises.
With Sensor Status, you and your clients can now:
View the current status of a sensor in real time
Get personalized recommendations for quick fixes or next steps
Submit a replacement request if necessary.
Your clients can access the new Sensor Status section directly from your app menu to stay confident that their sensor is connected and working properly.
💬 New In-App Support Tab
We’ve made getting help even easier! You’ll now find a new Support tab in your app menu that connects your clients directly with Theia’s support team.
From this tab, your clients can:
Start a chat with our team for quick assistance
Get answers to questions about their sensors, account, or data
Access help articles and troubleshooting tips without leaving the app
Provider Changes
🧭 Simplified Navigation for Providers
We’ve streamlined the provider experience with a consolidated menu — no more switching between Client Views and Provider View!
Now, all your key tools and insights are accessible from a single, unified menu. This update makes it faster and easier to:
Access your provider dashboard and client data in one place
Navigate between viewing client biodata, adding new clients or adjusting business settings
Spend less time toggling and more time supporting your clients
This improvement is part of our ongoing effort to simplify your workflow and reduce your admin burdens.
Guide for Viewing Client Data
"Clients" will now be your centralized section for viewing patient data. You have two options for how to pull up a client account:
Click into their profile from the Client Dashboard
Search for the Client using the Search function in the top right corner
Once you've selected a client account, you will be able to pull the client menu to view more detailed reports and analysis.
Want to switch over to another patient? Simply type their name in the search navigation to pull up their account.
