Although Theia can only ship sensors in the United States and Canada, our software works internationally. For your clients, they will be able to use our "Bring Your Own Sensor" product and still get the full Theia experience.
Please note that Libre and Dexcom sensors are geolocked based on the phone’s regional settings. This means users must activate and use a sensor that matches the country associated with their phone number. Once activated, the sensor will work while traveling.
For example, a French client cannot use an Irish sensor, but they can travel to Ireland with a French sensor and continue using it normally.

If clients or providers are having issues locating sensors for purchase, we'd recomend contacting the local Abbott website or company directly for up-to-date guidance.
